We had writers and photographers come to Salt Spring Island [BC] last summer and four of our gardens are going to be featured in their magazine this year.  One thing I learned is that the gardens do not have to be too awesome as the photographer and writer can make your place sound and look great.  I would be concerned that some people who have worthy gardens might not think their gardens are good enough but they probably are!
 
Is Merideth in Canada also?  If so, I know of some wonderful gardens for them to consider.

Had a request from an editor for Merideth corp. which publishes 26 magazines including Better Homes and Gardens.  The request was for names/numbers of folks who wouldn't mind their gardens being photographed for publication in their magazines, mainly Better Homes and Gardens.  a general location of where your garden is would help too, don't think they want addresses yet, just a town/city or even region like Southern Ca or desert southwest.  Anybody who is interested and feels like their garden is worthy of a BH & G photoshoot let me know and I will forward the info onto the editor.  It can even be someone you know that has an awesome garden and would be willing to have it photographed.
