Hi Michael
I love the color combination and wide ruffled falls.  How early does it rebloom in CA- what are the chances it will bloom in the mid-west ??  If it blooms in July, Aug for you there is potential for it to rebloom for me here in MO. 
If it was on the market today I would buy it. 8>)

8 buds, grows well, reblooms good flower size and clean foliage.  can't decide on introduction or not.... any input/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
