    Silent Tears is indeed and arilbred.  An OGB- actually.  It is out of ((Amanda Sings x Jealous Lover) x Stitched Beauty) X Heart Stealer.    The only one out of that batch that I am sure is an arilbred is Heart Stealer.  Dennis did do a good job with that picture didn't he.
