We bought this camera last year.  It's a Sony Cybershot, 3.3 mega pixels.  Possibly the key to such clear photos may the Carl Zeiss Vario-sonnar lens - - which in built into the camera. It also has different Focus and zoom-in options.We have been impressed with the pictures it takes.
 
And I especially enjoy sharing iris pictures.
