The iris in the first photo graphed arrived tagged as Brassie. It is not Brassie, so there is another unknown iris growing in the garden. Help, does anyone recognize it, it is somewhat similar to Poet Laureate?
The second attached photo, El Torito, had 2 falls completely open and 1 fall almost completely open. By gently pressing that third fall down two or three times, it moved to the completely open position and the photo was taken.
Try that technique, but do it gently the next time you have and iris in that position that you want to take a picture of.
