Pond Lily fades some. It opens pink and deep lavender-pink then fades to a two tone pink. It is beautiful in all its stages.

The middle flower in your picture is quite a bit darker than the others. Am I
correct in assuming that is the newest flower and the other two flowers have
faded that much ?
