Just one voice but I have enjoyed everything you have sent and look forward to getting them.  I am not having any difficulties and hope you keep it up.

Many on the list would appreciate it if you would decrease the size of the
photos you post to iris-photos. While most of them seem to be sized around
3X3, you have the DPI set at 150 and above (which effectiveoly doubles the
size on the screen).  Also setting you jpeg compression for smaller files will help.

Iris-photos is for pictures but you do seem to post a lot at once.  Perhaps
spreasing them out over more days would be good. You could save some for
non-bloom season.

John, I hear what you are saying. (about decreasing the size of my photos
and my NOT posting as many photos per day.)  You mentioned "Many on the List
would appreciate me decreasing the size."  I apologize if this is how many of
you felt.  No one except John has mentioned this to me.  All other feedback
has been positive.

As John said - - my photos are already around 3x3, (making them smaller would
tend to lose some of the detail in the iris and in the photo).  And I do not
have a Jpeg depression setting for making smaller files.  So - - I'll have
to make the photo smaller. If that is what you guys wish.

I remember that in the past there has also been criticism when photos are
small - - because one cannot view detail or enjoy the photo as much.  I'll
see if I can appease both worlds.

As for my sending out too many pictures, I have limited myself to 5 or 6 a
day since I've began posting.  And I will drop it down a notch or two, by
posting less photos every other day or so - - if everyone prefers.  I've
begun to dig/ replant iris and have 2 websites to help update and
maintain anyway.
