No.  It just bloomed late for me.  It's new this year and all fall 
and winter couldn't make up its mind whether it was going to grow or 
die.  It decided to grow, but waited on the decision 'til after all 
the freezes. Then bloomed.  I would expect it to bloom much earlier 
normally.  Just luck this year.
