First year bloom. I was dreading the entire process of
growing this plant since I read that it was a slow
grower. Since reading that, this one, planted last
year has increased and as you can see, bloomed. There
are two cuts on the standards, possibly from hail, not
sure what actually caused this. But, couldn't be more
impressed with a bloom or vigor of a rhizome.
