Andromache, a regeliocyclus hybrid (VanTubergen, 1915) starting to unfold in my garden. In my estimation, this is still one of the loveliest iris ever. In Greek mythology, Andromache was the wife of Hektor, a Trojan prince who was killed in the Trojan War. Even in all her sadness, she still holds her beautiful head high!.....Elm
