On my camera, you just turn to the second place (not where you take photos), and push menu. It asks if you want to delete individually or all. I move the cursor to all and delete. Don't know if that will work for you.

My son in law says it is safer to delete the photos from the camera instead of doing the deleting from the computer. I guess I will have to take out the 'book' and see what to do.
