TB: Art Deco

I should have held out for a better bloom, maybe, but this is a first-year
fan in a first-year bed and it's the first iris to open there.<G> Tiny fan,
only one or two increases, and a stalk well short of the registered 33"-
more like 20". I wrote "blue plicata" in my db but when Tom Greaves sent his
photo he described it as blue-violet. Daredevil is almost directly behind
and is getting ready to open. The two plics should look neat when they're in
bloom together.
