It is not Exotic Star, this looks cornflower blue
to me, and Exotic Star is on the bishops purple color to me, if my memory is not
failing, trying to stimulate the brain cells.

Looks like an older one. Possibly something from Plough. I
don't have a photo of Exotic Star, but it's a possibility. Definitely not
Winner's Circle but it has that look.
