TB: NOID-TB-3.

Any ID on this was lost a long time ago before I moved to the Great North Woods. I'd like to know what its name is. Its slightly fragrant, but no purple foilage. Indestructible. Probably introduced in the '70s or '80s. Not as late as the '90s.
