Arilbred crosses with Alpenview?  What an interesting idea.

I always loved the wide range of seedlings gotten from CAPITOLA.  Some of
the very best were from the strong-stemmed, best branched whites and
blue-whites that were "I" whites with a lot of pigment penetrating through.
Crossed with Capitola a lot of outstanding seedlings resulted.

Alpenview with the modern range of much more onco-like OGB hybrids could
give some very attractive results, and even have a certain amount of
fertility from what I understand.  Backcrosses to OGB and OGB+ would be
