That's a stink bug from the looks of it. If you squash him, you'll find out why he has that name. Not sure of what the proper name is. They don't bother much around us, I pretty much leave them alone unless I want that gosh awful smell up my nose. Reading on the internet, they are predacious and feed on other insects.
