New Seedling

Maiden bloom on this one.  Seedling #22-1043 ((99AB7 (Lacy Snowflake X Jael's Conquest)) X Amber Amulet    Love the saturation of the deep gold on the Standards and the smooth lines on the Falls.  The Standards are nice and tight.  One's eye is drawn to it across the garden.  Seems like the only thing wrong is the bud count.  Maybe in the following years that will improve.  I crossed it with a sib which has much better bud count but not the intensity of color.

It was a great day looking at all the new seedlings popping and the all the people that came today to enjoy the flowers.  It can't get any better than this unless I'm on the beach in January in Cabo sipping on a cold one.
