BC TB: Unstable Gene

Just so no one thinks I only grow tetraploid medians,
here is a picture of Unstable Gene, a broken color TB.
This is the second year of growth and so far is not
showing good growth. I bought this because Brad
Kasperek said it had good branching and bud count but
I am not finding this to be true. On the three stalks
blooming I count only 5-6 buds. But the flower is
quite striking.
