possibly a pre-emergent, but unlikely. we
have quite a few dust devils here during spring, summer and fall. We will
occasionally get round-up damage from farms miles away. Wind is the
biggest culprit. Many laws on the books here against spraying when the
wind is over 5 MPH. still folks ignore the laws and the wind.
