Excellent,I appreciate your doing the right thing.  The proper form would have been to add the phrase "published with permission" or some such.

Please do not post photographs to iris-photos that you do not own or have permission from the owner to post.

I realize Loic was just trying to help but he should not have posted a picture from the Mid America catalog without their permission.
