New to my garden late last year. I was really disappointed when I found wilted blooms on a division of this one (somehow I missed them) and was much happier when I found an open bloom on a different division today. This one is absolutely tiny and I almost didn't see this one, too.

Does anyone recognize the insect in the second photo? It was on the underside of one of the falls and I wondered if it was beneficial or not. Bad news for him if he isn't.
