HYB: Maiden (Pinkness x Celebration Song) X Entangled

  • Subject: HYB: Maiden (Pinkness x Celebration Song) X Entangled

Had one well-branched seedling out of 31 of
P X CS.  This one is taller, with better branching than
most 1st year maidens here.  Putting pollen on it from
the Speed Limit X Entangled seedling that maidened
first of crop last October.  BTW - I have a total of 7 from
the SL X E cross.  3 of the other 6 have 'spent' primary
stalks this spring - presumed rebloomers, just too late
first year.
This one and it's pod parent opened same day as Pinkness
(tail female).
Mary Lou, near Indianapolis, Z5 - hose in photo a pretty
good joke, I think! Still have about 200 babes to plant. Can't
even get in there, it's so soggy.
