It is always difficult to tell from a picture. It might be SPECIAL FEATURE, an iris I used to grow. It was hybridized by Manley Osborne, I think in the 80's.

Here's my 2nd Noid. It is also fragrant and has purple-based foliage. Obviously, it is space-age. I think it might be Special Feature. It came from an iris nursery, but I lost the label.
