It's a TB. Here's another view to give a better idea of the form.

As for height, I like to be able to sit on my little garden scooter and
have them close to eye level to save my back. Most years, TBs bloom
about 6 to 12 inches shorter than registered height. This year, they
are mostly taller, but not consistent.
