One cross that I wanted to make this year was IMMORTALITY X RENOWN - no
luck.

?====Anybody have material and willing to make the cross for me? I want
IMM as pod parent for health, RENOWN as pollen, grow the seeds here,
send increase off any of them that survive if you want.

I wouldn't expect anything very good as far as blooms go from this
cross, but really wanted to see how easy it is to get "summer"/warm
season rebloom from the combination of these two "packages" of rebloom
genes. Both can bloom in warm weather here, & while neither is very good
at it, at least they both can bloom early enough in fall to avoid early
freezes.

I've gotten quite a few fairly good seedlings from both IMM and RENOWN
in crosses with non-rebloomers (at least they don't rebloom in my
climate) and would like to work back towards at least some possibility
of rebloom in future generations.

Counting chickens before they finish hatching, but judging from high
percentage of fall maiden bloom from HARVEST OF MEMORIES X RENOWN, it
looks like that combination works well to continue getting rebloom. I
won't know for sure till this fall whether it's early enough to beat the
freezes.

?====IMM & HARVEST OF MEMORIES can combine to produce "summer" bloomers
(i.e., SUNNY DISPOSITION), but anybody know whether that was one in 100
or if several rebloomed from the cross?
