Betty, do you consider that a reverse yellow amoena?? I would from the view that you gave . . . how exciting -- love the lemony yellow color! Do you have a close up photo for us? I Like that stalk having a slight serpentine bend to it . . . our club has many entries in the design section, and they like the sort-of wavy stalks, too. NICE iris! How many total branches and increases does it have? Thanks for sharing that one. I hope you get rebloom out of it! One thing that's become obvious is that Renown improves the foliage, even when used as pollen parent. The children, even grandchildren, are easy to identify in a seedling bed. This is my favorite (so far) from the Drinks @ Sunset X Renown cross. It is tall, well branched and carries 'enough' buds. I expect, or hope, it will be a good breeder for rebloom.
