Jean, I don't think it's Christmas Time.  I grew it years ago, and remember it as quite laced.

Thank you for your suggestions.  Margie, I'm sure it is NOT Angel Heart which is an IB - too tall for an IB and not as ruffly.  May be Christmas Time although CT is 41" in description - this one only measures about 30".  Might be Kali Julia, Adam.  Looks a lot like it, but KJ is 36" tall.  However, this is first year, so......
It sure is a pretty one though.  Again, thanks for your input.
 
Still raining here and for the next 10 days!!!!  I feel like we need to start building an ark!
