Scarlett, you really can't judge a seedling based on maiden bloom. Let them bloom at least one more year before you decide. They usually get worse but they can get better.

Oh, such a good turnout for your first seedlings!! I really like the Picture Book X Parisian Dawn seedling, too. Nice colors.
Regarding keeping the ruffly stigmatic lip -- it's literally up to you. Do you have room for it? Do you have patience to see it bloom again, maybe the color will improve a bit. Or, if it has great plant qualities and nice buds & branching, maybe you could keep it and use it as a parent. Even though you don't like the colors, it has all the qualities of the parents you liked and used to create it. :-)
