One can never be 100% sure but I would say this fits within the range of variation seen from different cameras and different climates. It is possible the picture was photo shopped a little which make account for some loss of color in the standards and a shift away from some red tones. The beard is fairly distinctive and agrees well with other images. I would love to conduct some experiments with a large number of people in different parts of the country to try to pin down the climactic influences. I have certainly seen these from one year to the next in my garden.
