Form doesn't like quite like Twilight Blaze. I love the colour, but some years it flowers so short.

Hi Margie,   I think the one that I am thinking of is Keith Kepple's and I want to say the name is Twilight Blaze but I might be wrong .  I will go out side in a few minutes and check it out to be certain.   The color of the flower is almost a matte shade, like a lady's matte lipstick.  Let's see what others think it might be....  Bonnie

This iris was SUPPOSE to be Whimsical Artist.  When it bloomed - - it was not. 
 
I'm pretty sure it is not Textronics - - because Textronics had white beards tipped orange. And the beards on this one are a deep through and through tangerine-red.  
 
Does anyone recognize this iris? Oh - - someone please say yes.
