Hi Griff,

Your seedling is a much improved version of Spacelab - Sexton '83. (See photo................. note: this photo is not mine but a copy of a photo from the Redrock Nursery website.) I say go ahead and develop it further! Your colors are more define, the form is definitely improved over the older version, and it is lovely. If the growth habit is strong, and the budcount and branching are good................... then run with it!

Here's a seedling I haven't had time to do anything with -- one reason being that it's out of the normal color schemes on which I focus, so I have concentrated on the others. Ancestry is ROMANTIC MOOD, YVONNE BURT, and a sneaky bee.

One photo is the fully-opened flower. The other shows the fresh color as it opens. As I recall, the branching and bud count are okay.

Any ideas re future development?
