Just a reminder; I am still compiling photos for the illustrated Spuria checklist. If any Spurias Down under begin blooming soon remember there is a willing viewer.

I'll send some more next weekend. I'm flying to New Zealand tomorrow, for
business for a week. When I planned this trip I was expecting the TBs to be
almost finished, not at peak. Plus all my seedlings are still coming out.
Right now, I must go and get a photo of Orville Faye (sib). It just popped
out today. The style arms are so blue, they almost seem to have a green int
to them.

Colleen,
That would be so perfect.................. because I'm finally beginning to
run out of new photos from this year. I guess I could do some repeats from
May of 2002, but.............. it'll be better if you could show us your
computer full. :-)
I like your comments on each one too.

We're having a wierd season. Two weeks ago we had hail and then frost.
Now
we've reached peak bloom about two weeks late and we've had a couple
days
of
really hot weather about 35oC (about 94oF) most of the day. The today
suddenly a cool change came in about 4.30pm and 3 hours later the temp
was
down to 16oC.
Here's some goodies from the garden
Crazy For You - Blyth 98, huge grower for us
Chardonnay and Ice - Blyth 02 (bred from Crazy For You), a new one
Delicate Balance - Gatty 88, not the biggest grower, but very sweet.
