RE: Breck's and Mart irises

Re: Breck's.  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I strongly suspect that Breck's can safely be classified as a "Mart" iris. Any nursery that does not grow their own irises and buys wholesale in bulk is in exactly the same position as the Marts. In addition, they have the same attitude toward name accuracy.

Anita thank you for posting your picture. They are obviously not the same iris which is the reason I was reluctant to say for certain that mine was Glazed Orange. mine was not a Mart iris either. I think it came from Breck's. I do like it whatever it is.
