Eleanor Roosevely was probably a cross between Amas and (Iris lutescens). Most people agree that Iris pumila was not available in the USA in 1933. The plants being called pumila at that time were Iris lutescens. Lutescens is known for reblooming pumila is not. These corrections a re made in the SIGNA checklist.
