Here, as promised, is today's photo of 04R3, which was threatened by last night and tonight's forecast freezing temperatures (26 for tonight).  You may notice some difference in its surroundings.

 

Yep, I dug half of the clump, root ball intact, potted it, and have installed it in the sunniest corner of the house.  Objective No. 1:  See the bloom.  Objective No. 2:  Keep the plant healthy until next spring and plant it out again.  Hope it's not a dog.  --  Griff
