HYB: Red margins and PBF

Here's an interesting illustration of two foliage pigmentation traits that are being inherited independently. These two sister seedlings are offspring of a plant I've been calling "PBF/RM" pollinated by Iris purpureobractea. It's parentage is (KUPARI x suaveolens var. rubromarginata) X (KUPARI x ROSEMARY'S DREAM). It was selected out of that batch of seedlings, because it had both PBF and RM. My goal is to combine PBF (purple based foliage) with RM (red margins) and the purple bract trait of purpureobractea. Eventually, by selecting for best _expression_ of all three, I hope to get an iris with completely purple foliage.
