I agree. That picture looks nothing like Heidi Alaina which is a
rebloomer from Vernon Wood. It looks much older than HA too.

I don't think so. The beard on mine appears to be much darker. Here's
the link to the iris farm that sent me the bonus iris. You have to
scroll down to reach "So Grand". It states it's a TB but itÂmine is
only 19 inches tall from the soil line to the very top of the flower,
it doesn't give a year, nor does it say it's a rebloomer. The picture
of the iris on this webÂsite does look like what I have here growing in
my garden.

I received this iris as a bonus named So Grand (Wood). I can not find
any info about this rebloomer. I amÂbeginning to think that perhapsÂthe
name may not be correct. It bloomed the morning after the freak Oct.
nor'easter. As a result it took a beating due to the rain snow wind
etc.ÂThis 19 inch tall iris color changesÂdepending on the available
lighting.
I have been able to compare it to My Friend Jonathan. 'So Grand?" is
the same height, however, it has more substance and ruffle. And it's
fallsÂare moreÂelevated as shown inÂday 2 photos.
Please take a peek at my photos. Your time and commentsÂare much
appreciated.
Thank you,
