I do not receive all pictures, but I do get those sent as MIME-compliant
attachments.
OutLook and such do not follow standards very well.
Can't we agree on a picture standard that's independent of mail program?
i.e MIME-compliant attachments and not M$ pseudostandards.
Use of a compressing image format as JPEG would also save download time.
