Actually when I saw your orginal photo, I wondered if it might be Chico Maid. Very similar beard, but lighter and a bit more ruffled. Chico Maid has very tailored form

Codicil, oh Codicil.

As I mentioned in the text - a friend of mine grows this one. And that was the name on the marker. It was indeed bluer than the photo I took (but the evening light may have done that). And by looking at the beards on all 3 photos - - the beard is the same. So - - the jury is out on this one. If only that iris could talk! :-) Now that would be a hybridizer's challenge wouldn't it?
