Here are two examples of plants (both SDB) that have purple Rhizomes and Purple Based Foliage. Limesicle is one with continuous coloration, that is there is no separation between the colour on the leaves and the rhizome. Splash of Red is an example of one with a Discontinuous colour. There is a space between the purple on the Rhizome and on the leaves. 

There are also SDB plants with PBF and white rhizomes.
