I think the bottom one has big possibilities in regard to form. If it's has reblooming tendency combined with that ruffling and form it could have some potential. I don't mind the color, it's just a pretty common combination. The main thing will be it's performance, Color wise, I have a liking for steely white iris with blue beards, the gold hafts are kinda unusual with the beard color. Have you had a chance to rate it's rebloom? I'm in zone 6, so that's a big factor. I agree color is a very important, but if it'll rebloom in my zone, that's what I look for for breeders and it's form is very nice....Will.

I would not pay introduction price on either. Wouldn't even pay $10 unless rebloom was a proven 3. Since the three most important characteristics of an iris to the average gardener are color, color, color, they would not be strong sellers.

Subject: [iris-photos] reblooming seedlingHave had two nicer reblooming seedlings come from next years intro Bride's Blush. Both have wide, orbicular form. One is nicely "wave ruffled" the other isn't as ruffled by still has nice width. Both have 11 buds on 3 branches, spur and triple socketed term. Bride's Blush reblooms nicely and is wide and somewhat blocky in form.Would like input on these two seedlings because I feel they have a lot going for them except their color. Thanks for the helpSincerelyMike
