today. a little windy when the picture was taken....some bug damage

Interesting growth on new seedlings this year, broke our personal
record of increase on first year plantings. 18 increases on a TB
planted in March of this year and 32 increases on an SDB planted in March.
Entire seedling bed looks similar! Many, many 6 month old plants
have 10 to 15 increases on them! never seen anything like it. We
already had an SDB bloom in this section and there are many more stalks on
the way including TBs. anybody else experiencing this kind of seedling
growth this year?
