The plicata was purchased at a local Amish Flower Shop in Murfreesboro TN.  It was labeled World Premier ..... obviously not that iris!  Since some of my first purchases, I have become quite picky as to who I buy from, but when I first started, I got a number of "wrong" plants.
Some of the description is close, but without a picture, I certainly don't think it is a match.  The beard is definitely yellow compared to this description.  Thanks so much for a great stab in the dark though!  I am impressed!

Linda, it would help if we when where you bought your irises.  The only one I remember seeing that was anything like this would be RETURNED TO LIFE.

    The description of the falls doesn't necessarily match, (or not match) but I saw a picture of RTL just before George introduced it.  He knew I was into rebloomers and sent a picture.  I have no specific memory of the beards.
