Betty - these may get frozen before they open.  Terrible photos, but
maybe this will help a little.

MATRIX stalk height 28 inches
RENOWN  stalk height 22  inches

Nearly everything blooms less than registered height here.  These may be
a little bit shorter than usual but not much.

MATRIX is the one starting to show color.

That's crushed limestone, not snow...

Stalks on VIOLET MIRACLE are more than 36 inches tall.
