When I lived in Alvaton, this was one of my most dependable summer rebloomers.  I live under five miles from Alvaton now, but different plants do well here.

Nice stalk on SUGAR BLUES - it usually makes lollipop stalks here when
it blooms at all. Worst year for rebloom here, but it does this ;-)
Wonderfully strong, sweet fragrance

Show stalk on the seedling, but 4.25 inches of rain beat the blooms up
that were open.
