Like Linda, it never blooms this early for me.  Always opens just as the frost hits.

I'd say your guess that it arrived mislabeled is probably right. They
do look alike, but sounds like you already know that doesn't mean that's
what it is.

Congrats on early bloom with Rosalie. It never bloomed that early for me.
