Another new acquisition this spring before we even had our last frost, 
and another determined bloomer.  MM sent up a single tiny stalk with an 
equally tiny, perfect bloom.  But who could blame her?  I'm eager to see 
her in full-size glory in years to come.

MYSTERIOUS MONIQUE (U. Knoepnadel, 1992). Spec (versicolor), 36", M. S. 
light violet; F. very dark violet (almost black), distinct white signal. 
I. versicolor sdlg. X unknown.
