Re: Welcome Keith from a neighbor

my landscape designer will be going to the show. He is also looking for a full time job. Perhaps you can  help him out by directing him to a few places who might be looking for good designers. I will make sure he stops by. I am in California with work presently. Did you like the  two photos I sent to everyone?

Welcome, Keith,

I live in Northwest Phoenix not too far from you.  We are in Zone 9, a very hot place, but many irises do well here anyway.  This weekend I’m working at the Sun Country Iris Society’s booth at the Phoenix Home and Landscape Show at the Arizona State Fairgrounds, McDowell and 19th Ave.  If you could come by we can tell you all about growing irises in the desert, and you can see the hundreds of good rhizomes we’ve grown here and buy what you like.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I want to introduce myself as a new member. My name is Keith. I just had a house built in Surprise/Phoenix, AZ. What zone is Phoenix in and what is  your advise to grow beatiful Irises in the Sonoran Desert climate?
