RE: Red Fox


By any chance to you use bone meal as a fertilizer?  I know a dog of any color will dig up that, so I suppose a red fox would too.  I doubt that it’s the stone one though.

I got this problem with Mr. Red Fox (see photo).  At night he must break out of his mold and go wondering around the garden digging up up newly planted or transplanted Iris.  I replant them and the next night he goes back and redigs them up again.  Two years ago he was digging up Chinnock Winds over and over again.  This year he starts at one of the garden then goes to the other end then back.  If I could only get him to do some weeding at the same time.  By morning he has returned to his cozy little spot in the garden pretending to be cast in stone.   Who is your pest?  Included is a picture of months past, May 25, 05, to keep us yearning for next spring.
