The black spores looks like mold from moisture. A result of plants being a bit wet when packaged.
Whn rhizomes dry out, it rubs off , although it leaves som discolouration on rhizome.
I suspect that I ordered from this same breeeder last year.

From the same breeder that sent me the tiny 5 grams 'Adoregon' for 5$, i received 30 rhizomes infected by these pitch-black spores:
